The Members of the 12th Sangguniang Bayan ng Pinamalayan

Welcome to the website of our Legislative Information Management System, designed to improve the operations of local government units' legislative bodies.

The Legislative Council of a local government unit is responsible for crafting policies and ordinances that directly affect the community. Our system is designed to streamline the legislative process and provide real-time information to all stakeholders, including council members and citizens.

Council members are required to attend sessions, with the Vice-Mayor serving as the Presiding Officer. Every member present at the session may vote on every question presented, unless they have a direct or indirect personal or pecuniary interest in the matter. In accordance with existing laws, Council members may be suspended or removed from office if necessary.

With our system, local officials can easily draft, review, and approve legislative proposals, manage schedules and attendance, and provide real-time information to citizens. Citizens can access information about the legislative agenda and provide feedback to their representatives.

We believe that our system will help local government units to better serve their constituents by ensuring transparency, accountability, and responsiveness in their legislative processes. Thank you for considering our Legislative Information Management System, and we look forward to the opportunity to work with you to improve your local government's operations.
