RESOLUTION ENACTING AN ORDINANCE ALIENATING BILLIARD OR POOL HALL AS MENTIOMED IN PARAGRAPH (P) SECTION 2 B.02, ARTICLE B, CHAPTER II OR THE REVISED REVENUE CODE OF THIS MUNICIPALITY (1998) RECLASSIFYING BILLIARD, BILLIARD POOL, POOL AND THE LIKES, AS GAME OF SKILLS IN DIFFERENCE TO ORDINANCE 01-96, SETTINGS REGULATIONS THEREFORE AND PENALIZING VIOLATIONS THEREOF.
